- Process 500+ vendor invoices weekly with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to general ledger monthly
- Manage international payment processing in 15+ currencies
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP system
- Conduct quarterly audits and compliance reviews
- Lead cross-departmental payment initiatives
- Mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and SAP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Expertise in sales tax compliance across states
- Fluency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table mastery
