Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with provided cash handling equipment
- Operate bank-provided security systems and transaction terminals
- Balance cash drawers using provided reconciliation tools
- Utilize bank-provided CRM software for customer relationship management
- Operate provided check scanners and document imaging systems
- Assist with provided marketing materials for bank promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic cash handling experience (equipment provided)
- Proficient with provided banking software and terminals
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work with provided security protocols
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Reliable transportation to Laredo location
