Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve profitability.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide timely recommendations to the management team.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
