As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, responsible for managing customer transactions and providing financial guidance. If you have a passion for numbers and helping people, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to enhance their banking experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and financial products.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals and customer needs.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift with zero discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing the branch, including security procedures and alarm systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior experience in retail or banking is a plus.
- Must be comfortable handling large sums of cash with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn bank software systems quickly.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
