Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A due diligence and valuation
- Design and implement KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting workflows
- Present complex financial insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and SEC reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, or real estate finance a plus
- CPA or CFA certification required
