Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage employee time-off requests and leave balances in HRIS
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries
- Prepare and submit year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099)
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and deductions
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or comparable payroll systems
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with flexible/hybrid work environments
