What You Will Do
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.
- Cash checks and verify customer identities in compliance with federal regulations.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and provide solutions for account issues.
- Assist in the promotion of our financial products and services to meet branch targets.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
- Ensure the branch lobby is organized, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or prior banking experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent math aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
