Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Open and close accounts, explaining products and services to clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet branch sales goals.
- Balance the cash drawer and resolve any discrepancies at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Handle sensitive customer information with strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
