Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their banking experience.
- Open new accounts and assist in the sale of bank products and services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet customer financial goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with high accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with banking software and ATMs is a plus.
