Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash balances.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank security policies and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in opening and closing new accounts for customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking or cash-handling experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
