Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with the highest level of accuracy and speed.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting, trust-based relationships.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as credit cards and savings accounts, to meet branch sales goals.
- Balance cash drawers and resolve daily discrepancies efficiently at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, explain complex banking products, and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment for all visitors.
- Adhere to strict banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous banking or customer service experience is a strong plus.
