Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including balancing cash drawers and maintaining branch cleanliness.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Perform routine maintenance of the teller line and assist with opening new accounts when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or banking is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
