Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing for customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Sales & Promotion: Introduce customers to our suite of products, including savings accounts and credit cards, to help them grow their financial health.
- Asset Protection: Adhere to all bank security policies and procedures to prevent fraud and ensure the safety of assets.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving customer account discrepancies or technical issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Skills: Strong mathematical abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Integrity: Ability to pass a background check and credit check; high level of trustworthiness and ethical standards.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
