Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Maintain a secure and organized cash drawer, balancing daily transactions at the end of the shift.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products and services to clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help clients maximize their banking potential.
- Adhere to all bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or previous banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or financial services preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
