Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell financial products.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining customer relationships.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; banking experience is a plus.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high accuracy.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
