Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers through personalized service
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Assist customers with ATM operations, account inquiries, and basic problem-solving
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial regulations
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Tennessee Notary Public certification a plus
