Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing account issues
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit union products and services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and adhere to compliance protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with new account openings and financial education initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Nevada Notary Public certification preferred
