Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional in-person service, resolving inquiries and offering personalized financial solutions
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with audit protocols
- Actively cross-sell banking products while building long-term client relationships
- Utilize digital banking tools to educate clients on mobile and online services
- Maintain accurate records using core banking software and documentation systems
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud detection and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
