Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently using the teller system.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional, personalized service.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including cash balancing and drawer management.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our financial products and services.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience in a retail or banking environment is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for local travel.
