Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to maintain audit compliance
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and banking policies
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Support branch operations through cash replenishment and ATM servicing
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- FBI fingerprint clearance (required upon hire)
