Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional client service by resolving inquiries, explaining products/services, and promoting financial wellness
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services based on customer needs

Qualifications
