Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with precision
- Build rapport with customers to identify financial needs and cross-sell solutions
- Operate core banking systems and digital banking platforms
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software
