Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial solutions to clients through product recommendations
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and conduct daily reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving expertise
- Uphold strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
