Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Sell bank products/services (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) to meet sales targets
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve departmental goals and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
