Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and educating clients on banking products.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals and enhance client relationships.
- Verify the accuracy of all transaction documents and balances the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security policies and compliance regulations (BSA/AML).
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing account closures under supervision.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to branch management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with financial software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
