Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by proactively identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain secure cash drawer and ATM balancing procedures with daily reconciliation
- Resolve routine account inquiries and escalate complex issues to relationship managers
- Adhere to BSA/AML compliance protocols and security procedures
- Actively participate in branch sales campaigns to promote digital banking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience or customer service role
- Proficiency with basic office software and ability to learn proprietary banking systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex terms simply
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and obtain required banking licenses
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued for our diverse clientele
