Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Cash checks and verify identification documents in compliance with federal regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer at the end of the shift.
- Refer customers to appropriate departments for financial advisory services.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with banking software is a plus.
- Must be willing to obtain a Notary Public commission.
