Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols for all transactions
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs and financial goals
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless customer flow and operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail with financial transactions
