- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving account issues

- Actively promote bank products and services tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers daily
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in basic banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI and background clearance required
