Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy using bank-provided equipment
- Provide exceptional service while operating cash drawers and digital banking tools
- Resolve account inquiries using provided CRM systems and branch resources
- Uphold security protocols with supplied surveillance and anti-fraud technology
- Assist with marketing campaigns using bank-provided promotional materials
- Contribute to branch goals as part of a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (training provided on proprietary systems)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI clearance and background check required
