- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in tax software systems
- Communicate tax implications clearly to clients during consultations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, CCH Axcess)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Active NJ CPA license or eligibility to obtain within 6 months
