Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
- Operate provided banking equipment (cash drawers, ATMs, security systems)
- Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong math and attention to detail skills
- Ability to operate provided banking technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
