Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash transfers with 100% accuracy.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service regarding account inquiries and product information.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals and customer needs.
- Assist with opening new accounts and completing required Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment in compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to branch management or specialized departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and bank software systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
