Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and adhere to security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly performance goals
- Prepare daily reports and reconcile transaction discrepancies
- Support branch operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, Z)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
