- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical and computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
