Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve account discrepancies and investigate fraud claims with discretion
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) based on client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Train on new banking technologies and digital platforms
- Support branch operations through vault duties and cash shipment coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued in Denver market
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
