Responsibilities
- Cash Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Account Maintenance: Open new accounts, close existing ones, and assist with account maintenance tasks.
- Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.
- Skills: Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with computer systems and cash handling equipment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
