Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build rapport and loyalty.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs.
- Cash checks and verify identification documents in strict compliance with security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance policies and internal controls.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
