Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by identifying cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and daily balancing procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and digital banking tools
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols including BSA/AML regulations
- Support branch operations by assisting with ATM maintenance and safe deposit services
- Contribute to branch goals through exceptional customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Strong attention to detail with transaction accuracy record
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance history
- CA Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
