Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily settlements to ensure strict accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services to enhance customer value.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to strict security and compliance protocols.
- Assist with opening new accounts and completing necessary paperwork for clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in retail or banking is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Familiarity with banking software and MS Office suite is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by the branch schedule.
