Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies promptly
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance procedures
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports
- Assist branch marketing campaigns and community outreach events
- Contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with Baltimore financial regulations preferred
