Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Uphold strict regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records
- Support branch operations through account maintenance and documentation
- Collaborate with wealth management and business banking teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations and anti-fraud procedures
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic knowledge of financial products (accounts, loans, credit)
