Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and adhere to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
- Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
- Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic office technology and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and credit check required
