Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records daily
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to banking specialists
- Actively promote bank services including credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations through cross-training in other banking functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proficient with basic financial software and digital banking platforms
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
