Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals.
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their financial needs.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and branch revenue.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and resolve discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Assist with routine branch maintenance and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and basic computer software.
