Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting financial solutions
- Maintain strict cash drawer compliance and security protocols
- Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs) and educate customers on digital banking tools
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
- Adhere to all banking regulations and anti-fraud procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
