Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, explaining products, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM operations with strict adherence to security protocols
- Open new accounts, process loan applications, and assist with financial product promotions
- Balance daily transactions and prepare accurate reports for branch management
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless branch operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, cash handling, or retail banking
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and pre-employment drug screening required
