Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and payment issues
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and adhere to strict security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with vault operations and cash management procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate banking software and office technology
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
