Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide accurate account information and resolve client inquiries regarding products/services
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Actively promote bank services and identify opportunities for cross-selling
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
- Support branch operations through general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
