Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries using solution-oriented approaches
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records daily
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and ATM services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic math and financial transaction systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
- Pass background check and NMLS registration if required
